Invitation message from the Organising Chairperson:

Dear friends and colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee of the Malaysian Association for the Study of Pain (MASP), I would like to invite you to attend our “Scientific Meeting for 2014.” As in previous years, MASP, like its parent body, the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) aims to bring together doctors from different disciplines, allied health professionals and scientists who are interested in various aspects of pain management and research.

The theme for this year’s meeting is “Challenging the Elusive Pain Syndromes’.

I hope that clinicians from different parts of the country and in different disciplines will join us at our scientific meeting. It will give you an opportunity to update your knowledge and interact with experts in the field of pain medicine. In addition it will be an opportunity to renew friendships or forge and make new ones.

The scientific committee has tried to put together a program that is interesting and clinically relevant to your practice. The pre-congress workshops have been designed to upgrade your clinical skills.
